Pastor Joe assists Dr. A Ministries. His duties include shooting her live video, editing the Bounce Back program, and handling all financials. He is also responsible for setting up all conferences that Dr. A speaks at, all social media, and administrative duties involved with Dr. A Ministries.

Joseph has co-pastored along with his wife Dr. A for over 11 years. They are both the founder and overseer of New and Lively Hope Ministries inaugurated in 2010. He oversees all operations that run at New and Lively Hope including setting up and tearing down for services, running sound and camera equipment, and handling the finances and budget. Pastor Joe is the tech man at the church and enjoys working behind the scenes.

Pastor Joe has been walking with the Lord for nearly twenty-five years and has been a blessing to many.

His primary giftings are the gift of helps and administration. His gifts compliment Dr. A not only as a Pastor but as a TV hostess, as well.
